You will receive a calibration certificate for each of our measuring devices. The validity is indicated on the certificate.

You will need a new certificate after the expiry date.

After stating the serial number of the device to be checked we will prepare an offer for a review of your device at short notice.

After placing the order, the device is checked on time in coordination with our service department.

If shipping takes place via the standard logistics channels (within the EU), we usually need four to six working days including the shipping time. If necessary, the delivery time is minimized with courier services subject to charges.

In the event of a device failure, contact us immediately. Then you can discuss the next steps with our service department.
Replacement devices are available and will be allocated in coordination with our staff.
